  • Orders leave our Utah warehouse 1-2 business days from when you order, then an additional 3-7  business days are required for delivery. If you need your package sooner, we also have various expedited options to get you your package as soon as tomorrow!  Holidays and weekends are not considered business days.

  • Clearance and mystery items are non-returnable.
  • Holiday items will receive store credit only if the order is placed within 10 days of the holiday
  • Returns are free if refund method is store credit.

Are sizes TTS? (True to Size)

  • Yes! All of our products run true to size, unless on rare occasions we get a product that is slightly off, it will be listed in the product description to either size up or size down.
